What is held here
Whilst it is located in the same building as the Birmingham City Archives, this is part of the Central Library. It tends to hold items created by other bodies and newspaper articles rather than items created by the City Council themselves.
How to use it
It is located upon the sixth floor of the building, though it is fully accessible via lifts.
Records are held in a card index, and can be obtained by filling out small forms. Be aware that there is not much room, and although there are power points for laptops, it may not be possible to use these during busy times.
