Context
As with other files in subfond DG/PUB/01, there are many GLC leaflets here and one of them is a publication describing the East Cross Route. It's a basic description of the scheme for public consumption, published around the time that its final section (from Bow Flyover to Hackney Wick) was being built. It has an outline map of this section and a neat summary of the whole route from Hackney to Kidbrooke.
