A continuation of the events detailed in MT 106/393. This file has more waffle (according to my detailed and hugely academic notes) about contracts, line and stopping-up orders, and discussions about whether the Silver Street junction should incorporate an underpass or whether a temporary signal-controlled layout to leave options open for a later scheme to improve the A10 junction.
