Wasteoftime.jpg This file is a waste of time.
You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title.

Context

This file is the second in a series of three, beginning at MT 139/453, concerning a minor dualling scheme on the A13 that also gave us the allegedly temporary Lodge Avenue flyover. It is principally concerned with land acquisition and the production of a compulsory purchase order for the scheme.

There are three folders of plans in this file, which look potentially interesting, but which actually contain the same sheaf of four plans over and over again. The four plans are three sheets showing the existing road layout at the time, with land required for the scheme marked, and a fourth sheet that is a key plan for the other three. These four plans appear multiple times, though in some cases they are folded less neatly than others, and in one case they are folded in a way that actually gave me a headache.

As a bonus you will also find one (1) plan of the scheme itself, which is of course a plan of the A13 as it exists today; and one (1) plan showing a drain passing through the grounds of a factory.
