Context
The LTAC was an advisory body to the MOT in the early 1920s, with many sub-committees debating transport issues for the capital but very rarely coming to any firm conclusions. This sub-committee was supposedly focussed on future projects but discussed all sorts of things in fairly broad terms.
This file contains minutes of all their meetings which are fairly soporific reading. The main recurring topics are to do with linking tramways by running new lines through Central London, the efficiency of the railways and fare structures. There is nothing about streets or roads.
