This file is a waste of time. You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title.

This file title sounds promising, but alas, like MT 39/235, it's an insomnia-curing ramble of where the MoT is going to allocate its road funds in the late thirties. There's the odd cursory mention to contemporary projects such as the Maidstone and Ashford bypasses, but other than that it's most notable feature is repeating the same information 6 or 7 times.
