In this timeframe, Ringway 2 was (along with all other GLC motorway plans) on hold while the GLDP Inquiry ran its course, and all planning activity was suspended. As a result very little happens here, and enquiries from the public are more or less sent holding replies saying that they would have to wait for the outcome of the inquiry.
