==Context==<br />
As with [[HLG 9/27]], this concerns the Ullswater Commission, which could not agree on anything. These are the minutes of their final meeting, but there is no sign of disagreement here. Once again, only five of the ten members actually attended, and the minutes are very sparse. They are largely submitting minor amendments to their final report. There is nothing of interest to see here.<br />
