==Context==
One of a countless number of files, within MT 106 and beyond, dealing with the north-western section of Ringway 3. This specific file seems to be mainly about the reaction to the Brandt & O'Dell line, which was sent out to local authorities for consultation in 1965. The contents of this file run from that consultation to the publication of the route in 1967.

The main outcome of this consultation exercise was the GLC's creation of their own proposal for Ringway 3, which they hand to the Ministry in the later stages of this file and the MOT then agrees to consult local authorities on it.
