==Context==
The follow up to [[MT 127/86]], in which the inspector's report is handed in at the end of the inquiry. The length of motorway in question is now the M25 between the A10 and A12.

Two huge slabs of paperwork are here - one is the inspector's report Part III, and the other Part IV. The second is the final part. Both contain exhaustive blow-by-blow transcripts of everything that was said; the end of the last one is then a record of the inspector's recommendations, which are entirely composed of very minor changes to the existing plan - amending the line of a footpath diversion, things like that.
