This file&amp;#039;s close relative, [[Mt 152/200/1]], may feel like it&amp;#039;s slowly draining the very life from your body, but it isn&amp;#039;t a patch on the festival of tedium that is MT 152/200/2.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We left the story, if you remember, at the point where there were three possible routes for the Heathrow Spur from M24 junction 14 and a study had been commissioned to decide which of the three near-identical proposals to choose. Here, then, you will find multiple copies - yes, lots of the damn things - of the very big, lengthy report about that bloody spur.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The southern route was chosen, which was no real surprise because it was the first one to be proposed and was the one that tied in with the local council&amp;#039;s plans for the area.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Far from bringing this run of tedium to an end, the file then outstays its welcome with another report about airport capacity post-Maplin, which is not as big as the one about the spur but makes up for it by being completely and totally irrelevant. We then round off with some discussion about &amp;quot;strategic lorry parks&amp;quot;, one of which might have been sited at junction 14, but then thrillingly wasn&amp;#039;t.&lt;br /&gt;
