This file comprises a report written in 1912 evaluating the progress that has been made since the Royal Commission of 1906 made its recommendations. It finds that not much progress has been made because there is no one authority responsible for London&amp;#039;s streets, the process of administering the road network is far too fragmented, and that new town planning legislation introduced in 1909 is of little assistance because it provides few tools for implementing a strategy for roads.&lt;br /&gt;
