	~~I take this~~ to ~~mean it's to do with allocating~~ the ~~minor numbers (B-~~roads ~~and backwater~~ A~~-roads) and is therefore not as interesting as earlier files that deal with~~ the ~~numbering~~ of ~~major roads~~.		This file is basically a budget sheet containing what money various local authorities got from the MoT to upkeep the maintenance of the roads. A tedious set of numbers. Maybe fun if you like 80 year old balance sheets; for the rest of us, don't bother with this one.

I take this to mean it's to do with allocating the minor numbers (B-roads and backwater A-roads) and is therefore not as interesting as earlier files that deal with the numbering of major roads.
