This file is a waste of time. You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title. |
Context
There is, by any measure, not a lot here. This file is relatively slim and is a dumping ground for bits of paper that fall between the LTMU and the WLTCE. Mainly, these are lists of things: lists of how much things cost, lists of who is doing what, lists of things the GLC are hoping to do. It includes some sparse and incomplete information about schemes being put in hand by the WLTCE, the LTMU, other divisions of the MOT and by the GLC, and it's usually difficult to know what to make of them or how they fit together, particularly given that they are generally all from different periods. Some of the papers here look potentially very useful but are undated.
It's a classic waste of time!
