What is held here

Items created by or regarding the City of Bristol, former County of Avon plus some records for Somerset and Gloucestershire.

How to use it

The Record Office is situated in the Create Centre which is adjacent to the Ashton Gate junction. There are several PC's with access to the online catalogue. Document request forms need to be completed and placed in a tray. Documents are produced on demand with no formal production times. Most of the road plans are on aperture cards and according to the staff they are stored in the same location so they are willing to produce several at once.
