This file is just as rubbish as GLC/DG/PTI/P/05/033, except the correspondence on a slightly different subject to the one in the file title is from three years later.

There is some brief correspondence in here from the Regents Canal Group that seems to be talking about the canal's use as a route for the motorway towards Angel, but it's very vague and is nowhere near interesting or worthwhile enough to merit your attention.
