Context
This is a single sheet of paper, which records the response from the GLC to LB Bromley's design for the junction of R2 and Parkway E, which can be seen at HLG 159/2316.
In it, the GLC suggest the proposed design is basically acceptable in traffic terms, that they would prefer 40mph slips to 30mph, and that instead of a loop there should be a direct turn from northbound to eastbound matching the reverse. All of this would mean the Elmers End Road junction needed redesigning as its slips would then be too close to the interchange. That appears to be it - the GLC had been asked to comment and they did.
