Context
A rather infuriating file (one of many, sadly, in HLG 159) which deals with the fascinating Chiswick Triangle area of the proposed road network for London, a junction of three major motorways boxing in a wealthy suburb, but which fails to deliver anything at all.
The file lists questions to be put to the inquiry panel on the subject of the Chiswick Triangle and its environmental effect, referring to a set of numbered diagrams. The diagrams are, of course, not included.
