Context

This folder is in part a continuation of MT 106/57 and MT 106/58, though in many ways it's a jumble sale of odds and ends relating to the "D" Ring Road in North West London during the late 1950s and early 1960s without any real coherence.

Amidst its contents is an official protest from LB Harrow to the MOT, dated 1957, objecting to the decision to route the "D" Ring along existing roads within the borough.
