Context
This file contains the papers, and minutes of meetings, of Technical Sub-Committee Number 2 of the LTAC, an advisory body to the MOT in the 1920s. This particular sub-committee concerned itself with engineering and technical detail, supposedly to do with improving the street network, but seems to only have discussed anything in very broad and general terms and like most of the LTAC's sub-committees didn't really make much of an impact.
One of its recurring topics is the LCC proposal to run a tramway up the east side of Hyde Park, along the Carriage Drive, which was ultimately considered unsuitable.
