This file is a waste of time. You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title.

Context

The title should set alarm bells ringing, and it was only because I got this by mistake instead of MT 39/654 that I even looked at it.

This is without question the most tedious and pointless Ministry of Transport file of all time, containing pages after pages of insanely boring bureaucracy and procedures. Seriously, not even Captain Admin would be excited by this. It's that utterly dull.

Don't even get it out as a joke.
