This file contains documentation on the short lived "Accident black spot signs" that appeared in sporadic places in the 1960s.

The highlight of the file is drawing B2454c, which is a technical drawing of the sign and corresponding description plates. Being a National Archive file of course, means that just having this information once isn't good enough, and so the drawing can be found in at least 10 different places throughout the file, just in case you missed it.
