Context
This file contains just one sheet of A4 paper detailing the Borough of Greenwich's objections to Ringway 2, A2(M) and A20(M). The council claims there is a lack of evidence showing the need for the motorways on its patch. I ought to mark this document as a waste of time as we already know most if not all London Boroughs the Ringways were to pass through were opposed to the roads.
