This file is a waste of time. You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title.

Context

This file is made up of correspondence between the MOT and the Treasury about grands from the Road Fund. It seems that for any grant that would exceed 75% of the cost of the maintenance scheme, the Treasury had to give explicit approval, and there were quite a lot of them.

It is repetitive and reveals virtually nothing.
