Context
As its title suggests, this file concerns the appointment of members to the LTAC and the rules of procedure for their meetings.
It contains a vast amount of drafts and correspondence relating to the selection of members to represent various boroughs, county councils, transport bodies and so on. It may be useful in order to understand who was on the committee at its inception, but it is not otherwise at all interesting or terribly valuable.
