Context
A slim file with a great deal of fussy chatter about how proposals ought to be justified and timed and so on, and then a table of proposed timescales covering all of one page, double-spaced. For all the additional detail in the written report there may as well just be that one page in the file.
Contents of note
- That table, dated 1972. It calculates the total cost of the Ringway proposals at about £1.3bn. Bargain!
