Pet Project

Document the history of every single classified road in Great Britain from 1922 to date.

Next task is to identify when changes took place between 1922 and 1932, and to test the theory that during this time period, with only a handful of exceptions, no A roads were downgraded and all upgraded or new ones took the next number in the list. eg: A1079 in July 1924 ( from A1064), A4123 in November 1927 (from A4087), A3090 in or slightly before 1940 (from A3048).
