Context
A masterplan for the South East Lancashire North East Cheshire conurbation which included Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Bury, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale and Wilmslow (but not Wigan).
Hugely detailed plans for the road network of the area to the end of the twentieth century.

- Maps of the area, including historical, traffic levels and proposals
- In depth with each individual improvement, from the Outer Ring Road (which mostly became the M60), the A57(M) Mancunian Way and several unbuilt motorways to bypasses and on-line improvements.
