Went to the PRO a little late today because I spent part of the morning catching up with visitors, and may leave a little early today, since one of the files I was supposed to look at turned out to be a busted flush.

Advertises itself as “Motor Roads – Design Policy” but it’s really restricted to scenic pullouts on motorways and a paper on urban flyovers, tunnels, and other multilevel multimodal traffic-handling mechanisms written by a Greek Cypriot nut who had to be told, gently, that none of his ideas was really original.
