My notes for this file start by saying:
- "Useless."
It contains one sheet of paper which compares the cost of the junction between Ringway 2 and Parkway E (better known in our research as SCRPDR) as designed by the GLC and as proposed by the Borough of Bromley. This would be quite dull as it is, but the cost works out effectively the same, so there is actually no way in which this could be less interesting.
