Context
This document concerns the impact of a proposed elevated dual carriageway inner bypass on Sutton Coldfield town centre. Among the concerns are threats to older landmark buildings and the need for such a large road when a new A38 Eastern Bypass is being constructed. There is also a written report from a public enquiry which recommends refusal of the road. Some of the letters make reference to attached plans but alas the plans are not present. However, a thread on Sabre Roads included a map showing what was planned but that too is no longer available.
