Context
A single plan sheet, submitted to the GLDP Inquiry by the Mottingham Residents and Ratepayers Association. Without knowing any more about them, this organisation's name and involvement here would suggest they were one of hundreds of local opposition groups set up to oppose the Ringways.
The plan sheet is a GLC-produced plan for consultation, released July 1969 when Ringway 2's southern section was announced, showing the route of Ringway 2 and the A20(M), the layout of their interchanges, and the location of local interchanges (though not their layout).
On the plan the MRRA have marked the boundary of the area they represent in green pen, and drawn in the A2(M) and A20(M) between Ringway 2 and Kidbrooke with red marker. They've also drawn a very weird attempt at a junction between them, for reasons known only to themselves. There is no information here to say what their point was, or what this plan illustrates.
