This file consists of a picture of a prototype for a trafficator, an early type of electro-mechanical signalling device that predates modern indicators and popular with cars in the 1920s.

Unfortunately, all the file has is the photograph and nothing else about the subject whatsoever. Even Wikipedia has more on this topic.
