Context
This file contains details on plans to grade separate the Western Circus junction on the A40. It contains a report into the various options including a flyover, underpass and a scissors junction that looks identical to M4 Junction 2. The file also contains several artist impressions of the flyover built in 1960s concrete ordinary style complete with concrete streetlights on the upper deck. There is also a map showing a 6-ramp parclo in schematic form.
