You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title.

Context

If you're hoping that "standard design" refers to sign faces, move along, and quickly. In the late 1960s the Ministry of Transport was looking for economies of scale in the increasingly frequent installation of overhead gantry signs, and wanted a standard design for the gantry structure.

What you'll find here is an awful lot of design work for that, including some big, big blueprints for them. And that's it.
