Wasteoftime.jpg This file is a waste of time.
You are advised to avoid it like the plague. Its file title sounds rather interesting but it may contain only dull papers that fail to illuminate the subject matter or it may not even be related to the subject suggested by the title.

Context

This file's close relative, MT 152/200/1, may feel like it's slowly draining the very life from your body, but it isn't a patch on the festival of tedium that is MT 152/200/2.

We left the story, if you remember, at the point where there were three possible routes for the Heathrow Spur from M25 junction 14 and a study had been commissioned to decide which of the three near-identical proposals to choose. Here, then, you will find multiple copies - yes, lots of the damn things - of the very big, lengthy report about that bloody spur.

The southern route was chosen, which was no real surprise because it was the first one to be proposed and was the one that tied in with the local council's plans for the area.

Far from bringing this run of tedium to an end, the file then outstays its welcome with another report about airport capacity post-Maplin, which is not as big as the one about the spur but makes up for it by being completely and totally irrelevant. We then round off with some discussion about "strategic lorry parks", one of which might have been sited at junction 14, but then thrillingly wasn't.
